Thank You For Volunteering With Us!

Volunteers in kitchen

Scott Prewett has been volunteering with our SOS program for two years.

Mandy Richardville started by working at our reception desk and now she helps mentor parents who are staying at the Mission.

The Church at Rocky Peak has been involved at the Mission for several years. Their volunteers help us with everything from cooking meals, to cleaning, to hosting Bible study.

School on Wheels has been sending tutors to the Mission for several years. Their tutors work with the kids in the shelter to complete their homework each day and make improvements in school.

As part of National Volunteer Week (April 15-22), we celebrate our volunteers. We have nearly 200 individuals who give their time through regular weekly or monthly volunteering. They keep the Mission running by helping with everything from prepping and serving meals, to tutoring and playing with kids, and even cleaning and organizing the shelter. We are so grateful to each one of them for using their unique skills, experiences and passions to support our community.

Please join us in saying “Thank you!” to these (and many more) incredible volunteers!
